I’m thankful for chicken adobo because it’s easy to cook and I love preparing it for my family. It’s also very delicious, leaving a tangy, sweet, and salty aftertaste in your mouth!

I’m thankful for Ninoy Aquino because he stood up for Philippine democracy during a time when a lot of people were afraid to fight back.

I’m thankful for pandesal because it’s my favorite thing to eat for breakfast. Whether you eat it plain or with palaman, the soft and sweet bread tastes better with a cup of coffee!

As far as street food goes, I find myself craving isaw every now and then. I’m thankful for isaw, which is made from barbecued pig or chicken intestines, because it tastes really good, especially when dipped in vinegar.

I’m thankful for jeepneys because they’re an easy, affordable, and convenient mode of transportation.

I’m thankful for Alamid coffee because of its flavorful taste. It’s really the perfect way to start the way! Not a lot of people may not know this, but Alamid coffee is considered the world’s most expensive coffee.

I’m thankful for Boracay because it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

I’m thankful for the practice of ‘Mano po,’ which is a uniquely Filipino way of showing respect to our elders.

I’m thankful for balut because it’s yummy, and the light sweet taste of the egg goes well with salt.

I’m thankful for sorbetes because it’s the perfect snack for a sunny day in Manila. The smooth texture and the unique sweetness of the different flavors really bring a smile to my face every time.

I’m thankful for champorado (chocolate rice porridge) and tuyo (dried salted fish) because the sweetness of champorado perfectly complements the salty taste of tuyo. It’s a great dish for merienda.

I’m thankful for the tabo because it makes bathing so much easier.

I’m thankful for OFWs because they make a lot of sacrifices in order to provide for their families. They also contribute a lot to the economy.

I’m thankful for the fun game of piko because it’s easy to play and it’s a great way to make new friends.

I’m thankful for Pugad Baboy because it’s a really funny series and it never fails to make me laugh every time.

I’m thankful for mangga and bagoong because they’re mouth-watering! The sourness of the mangoes complement the salty sweet taste of the bagoong.

I am thankful Lucban's Pahiyas spirit.The Pahiyas Festival is a harvest tribute to San Isidro, the patron of farmers,so this is the Lucban's way of thanksgiving.They decorate their houses with crops and kiping and there's also a parade of carabaos.I am also thankful that it also helps being recognize.Every year,Lucban's Pahiyas is being visited by tourists,photographers and TV newspeople.It also brought Lucban recognize for tourism and tourism means more job opportunities.I am not a Catholic but Lucban happens to be my hometown and this is how we express our thanks every May 15.

Family has always been the foundation of the nation and I'm thankful for the close family ties that we Filipinos have.

There are lots of beautiful places here in Philippines that could makes us -Filipino proud of, such as Chocolate Hills of Bohol, Boracay, Pagsajan Falls of Pangasinan, etc, but one place that amazed me so much is the Underground River of Palawan, this place is really worth visiting for. Why going abroad to see beautiful places of others since we have our own?
